The New York Giants defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 41-34 after a long game Sunday afternoon. Eli Manning threw for a career high 510 yards and he once again guided the Giants back to a victory after the team looked ugly in the first half.

The Buccaneers were unable to move the ball on offense, but the Giants made it easy for them as Manning threw for three interceptions. The Bucs capitalized and scored 21 points off of these turnovers.

The Giants were on the attack every time they turned it over. The worst interception came at the end of the second half when Eddie Wright returned a 60-yard touchdown for the score as no Giant was able to lay a hand on him and produce a tackle.

The Giants went into the half down 14 points, but then came back to outscore the Bucs 28-10 in the second quarter. Manning connected with Cruz for an 80-yard touchdown, followed by a 33-yarder to Bennett. Right before the 2-minute warning.

The Bucs tied the game at 34 with a 41-yard completion to Mike Williams down the sidelines.

The Giants' Andre Brown, who came in to substitute for an injured Ahmad Bradshaw, scored the game winning touchdown as he scored with a 2-yard run.

Brown accomplished what Bradshaw could not in the Super Bowl. Instead of taking the chance for the end zone and scoring immediately, he downed himself a yard before the first down to burn time from the clock.

The Giants were left without Bradshaw early in the game. David Diehl was also out and Dominik Hixon were out too.

Diehl had an injury in his right left and Hixon went out with a possible head injury. Bradshaw was having neck issues.

Manning finished the game with 510 passing yards, 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. He went 31/51. Cruz had 179 yards and a touchdown. Nicks finished with 199 yards and a touchdown.
