The 0-2 Saints will play host to the 0-2 Chiefs today as each club looks to get their season turned around before it is too late.
Kansas City and New Orleans have only met a handful of times before, with the Saints taking a 5-4 record overall in the series match up. The last match in the series took place in 2008, when Drew Brees led the Saints to a 30-20 win at Arrowhead Stadium.
Kansas City fell in ugly fashion for a second consecutive week last Sunday as the Bills dismantled Romeo Crennel's crew 35-17 at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Chiefs, just as they did in their week one loss to the Falcons, piled up quite a few yards, but this time they did so in a second half chase role.
Turnovers and poor special teams play contributed to the team's demise, once again, as they were -3 in turnover margin and yielded an 88 yard punt return score in the third quarter
