Sep 28, 2012 03:22 AM EDT

Arsenal take on Chelsea while Manchester United face the tough visit of Tottenham Hotspur as another English Premier League weekend promises much action and upsets.

Here is a look at the fixtures and the predictions for all the ten games.

Saturday: Arsenal vs Chelsea at the Emirates: The early kickoff for Saturday (9.45 BST) promises to be a great match with both teams showing good form in the English Premier League. Arsenal will be buoyed after picking up a point at the Etihad against champions Manchester City, while Chelsea have so far found a way to win games, even while not playing at their best.

Long-term injuries apart, both teams will be at full strength and close game can be expected, typical of a London Derby. The 5-3 result at Stamford Bridge last year is not likely to be produced in this game.

Prediction: 2-1 to Arsenal

Everton vs Southampton at Goodison Park: Southampton produced a much-needed victory against Aston Villa last weekend and Nigel Adkins will be hoping it will be the catalyst towards a few more wins. Everton, despite a shock loss to Leeds United in the League Cup on Tuesday, are playing brilliantly in the Premier League and will be a tough nut to crack at home in the first of the 3.00 p.m. BST kickoffs.

Prediction: 2-1 to Everton

Fulham vs Manchester City at Craven Cottage: The home team have had a great start to the season, and are equal on points with City on nine. The fact that Martin Jol's men are playing at home is sure to be a factor in their favor as is the form of Dimitar Berbatov.

City are yet to hit their straps this year and Roberto Mancini be hoping for a positive result as well as performance from his side.

Prediction: 3-1 to City

Norwich vs Liverpool at Carrow Road: Liverpool were desperately unlucky to come away without a single point last Sunday against Manchester United. The team are starting to gel under Brendan Rodgers and their first win in the league this season should come against Norwich, who have struggled for goals.

Prediction: 2-0 to Liverpool

Reading vs Newcastle at Madejski Stadium: Reading have looked a little out of their depth against the Premier League teams and it is not going to get any easier against Newcastle. Alan Pardew, after signing a massive eight-year contract which will keep him at the club until 2020, will look for goals from his lethal pair of Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse, who scored his first goal of the season in the League Cup Wednesday.

Prediction: 3-0 to Newcastle

Stoke vs Swansea at the Britannia: The battle of two polar opposites when it comes to the style of play. Stoke and their long balls, long throws and constant crosses into the box against the Swansea team that like to keep the ball on the ground and pass the ball into goal.

Prediction: 1-1

Sunderland vs Wigan at the Stadium of Light: Wigan have played well but have been a little unlucky in not getting the desired results, while Sunderland have been a one-man team so far this season with Darren Fletcher in red-hot form. Roberto Martinez will expect a positive result, not just a positive performance, but it will be difficult against the home side.

Prediction: 2-2

Manchester United vs Tottenham at Old Trafford: In Saturday's late kickoff (17.30 BST) Andre Villas-Boas has promised his Spurs team will be on the attack against United and that might just fall into the hands of Sir Alex Ferguson, with United always lethal on the counter. The Red Devils have been far from impressive, but have been able to eke out a wins.

Prediction: 3-1 to United

Sunday: Aston Villa vs West Brom at Villa Park: The formbook generally goes out of the window in Derby games, and this West Midlands Derby will definitely have a lot of passion. Villa have been up and down all season while West Brom have made a splendid start. But the home team might just have the slight advantage here.

Prediction: 2-1 to Villa

Monday: QPR vs West Ham at Loftus Road: The two London teams meet in the Monday night game, with QPR languishing in the bottom three having taken just two points in five games, while West Ham have made a solid start with eight points. The London Derby is sure to throw a few surprises, but expect Mark Hughes' side to get back on track.

Prediction: 1-0 to QPR
