After coming off back-to-back losses, the New England Patriots travel to take on the Buffalo Bills in their first AFC East game of the season at 1:00 p.m. ET.
The Patriots reached their current position after two consecutive narrow losses. They lost to the Arizona Cardinals, 20-18, after missing a 42-yard field goal in the final seconds of the game. Last week, the Baltimore Ravens defeated New England on a field goal as time expired.
Even with team struggles, Pats quarterback Tom Brady continues to perform at an elite level, completing 67 percent of his passes for 889 yards and four touchdowns to just one interception.
Meanwhile, Buffalo has rebounded from their season-opening loss to the Jets by taking two victories over the struggling Browns and Chiefs.
Running back C.J. Spiller has rushed for 308 yards this season, but was limited to just four carries after leaving the Bills' game against the Browns last Sunday. Spiller injured his left shoulder and has been limited in practice throughout the week.
