As one of three perfect teams so far in the season, the Cardinals will put their undefeated record on the line against a tough Rams team.
Expect this game to be dictated by defense. The Cardinals have allowed the third fewest points in the league as opponents have averaged 15.2 points a game.
By no means does it mean anything to compare a team's performance against one opponent as a prediction to how they will play in the present week, but the Cardinals shutdown the Philadelphia Eagles' high flying offense and made Michael Vick look like a rookie. Vick was hit and he was hit often in that game two weeks ago.
For the Cardinals, Kevin Kolb will have to step up and find other wide receivers to make plays. Historically, Larry Fitzgerald has been contained by the Rams' defense. Look for third-year man, Andre Roberts to step up like he did last week when he finished with 118 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
For the Rams, Sam Bradford is always the key on offense. He and Danny Amendola have been on a role this season. The Cardinals will have to beware of this connection.
