Jimmy Graham is the only high powered receiving weapon on Seattle's offense. The Seahawk's wide receivers do make a lot of plays but they will all be funneled through Graham. If Jimmy Graham was playing in that Super Bowl with the Seahawks, that pass on the goal line would have been deemed a brilliant play, because Graham would have caught it. He is a monstrous red zone threat for Russell Wilson and also allows him to do more damage with play action passes.
Defenses all over the NFL are going to have to make tough choices when facing the Seahawks. Are they going to defend against Jimmy Graham; a player most corners and safeties cannot match up against. Are they going to defend against Marshawn "Beast Mode" Lynch as he tries to plow through the defense right up the middle? Russell Wilson can also stretch a defense out by using his legs and running for some terrific gains over the past few seasons.
The main question with Seattle is can they put it all together and manage to stay out of their own way. There are going to be a lot of weapons to watch for opposing defenses and the caliber and quality of these weapons is second to none.
The main thing that the Seahawks are going to want to do is create matchup nightmares for every defender facing either Jimmy Graham or Marshawn Lynch. Graham joining such a high octane offense just adds fuel to the fire, and his addition could have just made the Seahawks unbeatable.
