Amari Cooper (Oakland Raiders) WR2: Amari Cooper is the guy for Oakland. He's fast, has hands that catch everything, and is a dynamic route runner. Derek Carr is the best sophomore quarterback in the NFL so it is obvious that Cooper will have a chance to breakout as a rookie. Cooper has no real competition for the number 1 wide receiver spot and is a rookie so he should have some big games while defenses don't know what to make of him yet.
Kevin White (Chicago Bears) WR3: White is coming into a struggling offense but this is John Fox's team now so I wouldn't be surprised if the passing game got back on track. Either way it is a risk to rely on White in the draft by taking him as a high pick when there are two huge targets in Chicago already. White should have some good games but that is all I expect.
Nelson Agholor (Philadelphia Eagles) WR3: Agholor will be the Eagles lead dog in the wide receiving core, the only thing I would be concerned with is the impact of learning Kelly's offense in only one offseason will have. Another concern would be what type of chemistry does Sam Bradford have with him? He should be on top of the list of targets for the Eagles.
Dorial Green-Beckham (Tennessee Titans) WR3: DGB is a big bodied wide receiver who is the perfect red zone threat for Marcus Mariota. Mariota will have to be everything Titan's fans expect of him in order for DGB to produce like a top WR. Justin Hunter is likely to be gone but you are taking a risk by relying on two rookies.
Breshad Perriman (Baltimore Ravens) WR1: Perriman is the answer to losing Torrey Smith; he will get all of his targets and will not have to do much to be more effective. Perriman can break plays and stretch defenses plus since he will be the main guy for the Ravens you are not risking nearly as much as you would be with other rookies.
Devin Funchess (Carolina Panthers) WR2: Funchess will play second fiddle to Kelvin Benjamin however Funchess could break out as a bigger star. Funchess is a bigger receiver and can easily shed defenders with his frame. He will be Cam Newton's number 2 target all season.
Philip Dorsett (Indianapolis Colts) WR3: Dorsett is coming into an offense with a ton of weapons. I don't expect him to be the main target, so his fantasy value will suffer.
Jaelen Strong (Houston Texans) WR3: Strong will be an excellent weapon however he will not have excellent quarterbacks. He will flash on the fantasy radar but will not be a playmaker.
Devin Smith (New York Jets) WR3: Smith also is drafted into a terrible offense but there is really only one guy ahead of him on the depth chart, Brandon Marshall. Assuming that Marshall gets the top coverage Smith could be in for a nice collection of targets, but I doubt he will lead your team to the championships.
Sammie Coates (Pittsburgh Steelers) WR2: Coates will compete with Markus Wheaton for targets but he should win that battle. He is looking like the Steelers solid third wide receiver, which will translate into fantasy points.
Chris Conley (Kansas City Chiefs) WR2: Conley is the only other wide receiving threat on the Chiefs, he will see some targets.
Kenny Bell (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) WR3: Bell is a fast versatile wide receiver. He shouldn't shatter any point records but he could be valuable in a PPR league.
