The New York Giants have high expectations for Odell Beckham in year two and of Victor Cruz can stay healthy, Eli Manning could lead one of the best offenses in the NFL and this comes as NY is pushing to make the playoffs after missing last year and the team hopes JPP can return healthy.

The Giants finished third in the NFC east division behind the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles last season and that's four years of missing the playoffs since winning the Super Bowl. Many predicted that Tom Coughlin would be fired by now, but he has been able to stick it out in New York and the pressure could be at its highest this season if the Giants finish without a winning record.

Manning ended up having one of his best seasons in 2014 and he put up the best completion percentage of his career. The success for Manning could make the Giants offense even more Promising for this season, as Ben McAdoo and most football experts say it takes over a year to truly learn the offensive system and that could mean even more production. Manning is coming into the final year of his contract, but he quarterback and the team expects to have Manning in New York long term. The team and the quarterback have reportedly talked about a deal and will try and get something done before the season starts.

Beckham won rookie of the year and Cruz is expected to be back healthy after suffering a serious knee injury last season. Having those two on the field at the same time could be huge for the Giants. Jason Pierre-Paul has had quite the off season, but it looks like the defensive end will be back for the Giants before this season starts. After reports had JPP not talking to Giants officials, Coughlin and the team have had a more optimistic view on the situation and JPP reportedly spoke to his position coach and said he will be "ready" for the season.

The Giants could make some major changes if the team doesn't make the playoffs, although Coughlin has found ways to survive even when his job security looked like it was nonexistent. If the Giants have a winning season and challenger for the playoffs but don't make it, Coughlin likely will survive. But if the team ends up in the top 10 of the draft again, John Mara and the Giants front office could finally give Coughlin the ax.
