The Philadelphia 76ers make their first trip to the new Barclays Center to take on the Brooklyn Nets at 7:30 p.m. ET.
This will be the second time these two teams met this preseason. They played Oct. 13 in a game won by Brooklyn, 108-105, in overtime. That was the franchise's first as the Brooklyn Nets, coincidently played in Atlantic City, N.J., their old home state.
The Nets (3-1) enter the game Friday looking to bounce back after a blowout home court loss to the Boston Celtics 115-85.
In that game the Nets were poor on defense, allowing a 9-0 Celtic run in the beginning of the game. On offense, they weren't much better. The backcourt combination of Deron Williams and Joe Johnson looked bad, combining to shoot 6-22 from the field.
Meanwhile, the 76ers (3-1) come into the game with fresh off a blowout victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers, 113-99.
New guards Maalik Wayns and Nick Young each poured in 19 points off the bench. Wayns was an undrafted free agent after starring at nearby Villanova in college. There's potential for him to play his way onto the roster, but he'll need to continue to impress Doug Collins on Friday in Brooklyn.
