The Miami Dolphins are expecting DeVante Parker healthy for Week 1 of the season and he could be a starter along with Jarvis Landry, Greg Jennings, Kenny Stills and Lamar Miller for Ryan Tannehill if he is healthy and it comes after the wideout had foot surgery this summer. The Dolphins have a battle on the offensive line as well with Billy Turner, Dallas Thomas and Jamil Douglas all trying to get playing time.
The Dolphins come into the 2015 season with high expectations after signing Ndamukong Suh to a contract and Ryan Tannehill comes in after inking a long term extension. The offense has gone through some changes this offseason with Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline, Daniel Thomas and Brandon Gibson all gone and now Greg Jennings, Parker, Kenny Stills, Jordan Cameron and Jay Ajayi are in for the Fins.
According to NFL.com, Parker is off the PUP list and he has started working out with the team, but he has not taken part in full-squad work yet. Parker was a first round pick and he had surgery this summer and had a screw replaced in his foot in June. Parker is expected to be a dynamic playmaker for the Dolphins, as he has great speed and explosive potential coming out of Louisville. Parker is making his way back from his injury and the "plan" for the Dolphins is to have Parker active for Week 1.
Parker is making progress and according to the Miami Herald, Parker could be practicing with the team within a week. Parker did not start practicing with the team fully since coming off of the PUP list, but the Herald writes that he will get more work next week, even if it's on a limited basis. So far Parker has been running and trying to get strength back in his foot and if he gets back to practice and has no setbacks, he could be in line for Week 1.
The offense has some depth if Parker can't make it back, as the team added Stills and Jennings behind Jarvis Landry this offseason. Landry comes in after a very solid rookie season and he is expected to start with a combination of Jennings and Stills, while all three along with Parker are likely getting significant playing time. Rishard Matthews is also with the team and while he had a disappointing season last year, he could bounce back.
The Dolphins offensive line is starting to take better shape and Branden Albert has reportedly been able to work in practice without any knee issues. The Sun Sentinel reports that Albert said he felt "good" after practice, which was the first time he was there in nearly a year. Albert could be ready to go in Week 1, which comes against Washington on September 13. Jason Fox will be out while dealing with a concussion and in the preseason Dallas Thomas and Billy Turner could see some extra time before Miami makes final decisions about starters.

Parker wants to be back: "That's the plan, but you never know," Parker said, according to the Herald.
