Last season's Western Conference Champions the Oklahoma City Thunder will continue their preseason as they travel to face the Chicago Bulls at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Both the Bulls and Thunder have started their preseason campaigns with 3-2 records, with the Thunder having yet getting a victory on the road.
Fans attending the preseason contest between the Thunder and Bulls at the United Center might voice their displeasure when they realize Thunder's coach Scott Brooks has opted to not play three-time scoring champion Kevin Durant and All-Star teammate Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook has been the big man for the Thunder's offense so far in the preseason, scoring 14.8 points per game and adding in 7.8 assists per game.
Another budding star in the Thunder's lineup who will not play is shooting guard James Harden. The 23-year-old reigning Sixth Man of the Year is dealing with a groin injury that has held him out of three preseason contests.
The Bulls, in the meantime, have been led by Richard Hamilton's 15.3 points per game throughout the preseason.
The two teams will use the game to continue their tune-ups as they prepare for the regular season's beginning. The Bulls will look to take advantage of this game being at the United Center.
