Teddy Bridgewater (Minnesota Vikings): Bridgewater has looked great as the Vikings starting quarterback this offseason. He looks faster more accurate and precise. His improvement will only make the return of Adrian Peterson that more potent. With AP to look out for defenses cannot key in on Bridgewater and this should give him a lot more time in the pocket. Bridgewater should be around late in drafts so taking him late could yield some pretty big dividends.
Jeremy Hill (Cincinnati Bengals): Jeremy Hill is a top 10 back in fantasy football this season and for good reason. His production is remarkable and the fact that he was able to steal the job away from 2013 fantasy darling Giovanni Bernard in his rookie year shows the level of talent Hill is working with. Hill should be the main guy in Cincinnati's offense with Gio coming in on passing downs.
Latavius Murray (Oakland Raiders): Murray has a great opportunity (like Cooper) to take over the majority of the snaps at their positions. Murray will be the feature back and has shown great explosiveness in the offseason. If the offense can actually be somewhat consistent Murray can be a top ten back by the end of the season.
Brandin Cooks (New Orleans Saints): Cooks is probably one of the hottest receivers coming into fantasy football this season. The biggest reason why is he is about to have the most targets he has seen in his career. With the absence of Jimmy Graham the offense is wide open and many positions are open for interpretation. The running game should be pretty dominant however most of the passing targets should go to Cooks who currently has no competition for the number one slot. Cooks can potentially have an Antonio Brown type of role for the Saints and could score a similar amount of points. The first year Brown did it people barely knew who he was so it will take some time to build that level of confidence. Cooks will be a top 10 wide receiver or the Saints will crumble.
Jordan Matthews (Philadelphia Eagles): Matthews is in the same boat as Cooks except there are more weapons on the Eagles. Matthews should be the number one wide receiver on this team and should get the majority of the targets however Nelson Agholor is right around the corner. There are a lot of "ifs" with the Eagles so Matthews is probably the safest selection in the passing game.
Davante Adams (Green Bay Packers): Adams is standing at the cusp of what could be his best season as a pro. Adams is about to come into a ton of targets thanks in part to the injury of Jordy Nelson. With Nelson out for the entire season someone needs to step up and that person is most likely going to be Adams. He was the training camp MVP and has had the strongest offseason of his career so far. If he makes the right number of plays this season he could become the main guy in Green Bay.
