Russell Wilson (Quarterback): Russell Wilson has been a fantasy gem for the last couple of seasons. He typically can be drafted late which is incredible for people who like to wait on drafting a quarterback. This season however Wilson's ADP has spiked which means he will likely be gone earlier than the 5th round. This makes him a pretty expensive quarterback and in what will probably be his worst year. The Seahawks offensive line has lost Max Unger a staple for running the ball. The Seahawks offense has sputtered in preseason however they will likely get back on track by mid-season. Wilson will be solid but you could do better in later rounds.
Marshawn Lynch (Running Back): Marshawn Lynch should be one of the first running backs taken off of the board. His main concern is also his offensive line, which is clearly in decline however Lynch should be a solid fantasy running back. He also is the heart and soul of this Seahawks team so he should get a ton of carries.
Tyler Lockett (Wide Receiver): Tyler Lockett has impressed in preseason racking up a kick and punt return touchdown. In his fourth preseason game Lockett went 2/2 for 77 yards and a touchdown. Lockett has proven in preseason as a rookie he can make an impact on offense and special teams so he should get a chance to play with the 1's during the season. Lockett might make his way into a bigger role if he plays well early, the Seahawks do not really have defined number 1 receiver.
Ricardo Lockette, Chris Matthews, Jermaine Kearse, Doug Baldwin (Wide Receivers): The Seahawks receivers will all have their up and down weeks. Kearse and Baldwin should get a large portion of targets as Matthews and Lockette will likely split theirs. There are better late round WRs that you can grab.
Jimmy Graham (Tight End): Jimmy Graham's role on the Seahawks offense will be a lot different than it was in New Orleans. Graham will be blocking a ton which should keep his value in check, sure he's a red zone mismatch and a talented receiver but he definitely should not be drafted in the fourth round.
Seahawks Defense: The Seahawks defense is typically the first one off of the board in fantasy drafts when in reality they may not be the best. They do not score the most points and are missing some pieces to start the season. Starting strong safety and the Legion of Boom's commander Kam Chancellor is holding out for a bigger contract this means this defense will lack some of the big hits that made them famous. Earl Thomas is returning from injury and may not be 100% as the season begins and lastly they lost Byron Maxwell to free agency. The bottom line is the Seahawks defense is not worth the mid round pick you would have to give up to get them.
