Duke Johnson (Running Back): Johnson suffered a concussion in a preseason game which has kept him out of action for some time. With the trade of Terrance West to Tennessee Titans, the Browns backfield has surprisingly thinned out. This leaves Johnson to be able to be the playmaker he was drafted to be in Cleveland. Now his week 1 status is questionable but taking any Browns running back will likely requires that you draft their counterpart as well. Johnson has the best chance of being the lead back in this offense.
Isaiah Crowell (Running Back): Crowell has been the default starter as of late thanks to the starters being injured. Crowell has a limited upside but remains a necessary player for Browns running back owners to have.
Brian Hartline/Andrew Hawkins (wide receiver): One of these two receivers should become the WR2 for this offense however there will be very little consistency until the Browns have a franchise quarterback. Hartline has a knack for gaining a solid amount of PPR points but Hawkins has been on the sleeper list for a while as well. Both of these receivers will take targets away from each other making them very unpredictable.
Dwayne Bowe (Wide Receiver): Bowe is supposed to be the Browns star receiver this year but he has never had a solid season. Bowe frequently drops passes and should only be worth a look much later in the draft.
Terrelle Pryor (Wide Receiver): Pryor is the best athlete out of the Browns wide receivers and has the awareness to make an impact early on. If Pryor can establish himself as a dominant receiver early on he could be poised for a big role in this offense.
