Tigers vs. Giants Live Stream: Watch Free Online World Series Game 2 in San Francisco at 8 p.m. ET

Oct 25, 2012 07:36 PM EDT

The Detroit Tigers have to go back to the drawing board and find a way to get back into this series without falling behind 0-2. The question in Game 2 will be, "To pitch to Pablo Sandoval or not to pitch to Pablo Sandoval?"

Luckily for the Tigers, they have Doug Fister on the mound. A savvy pitcher who will not overpower hitters, but has crazy movement on his pitches and is not afraid to slowdown his velocity.

On the mound for the Giants will be another lefty, Madison Bumgarner, who has struggled in his first two postseason appearances.

However, the Giants threw all stats out the window in Game 1. So what would make you think that stats would affect the turnout of this game?

Sandoval singlehandedly smacked three homers on Wednesday. AT&T Park was the hardest stadium to hit homers in. The Giants as a team only had 103 all season.

Justin Verlander was dominating all stats from a pitchers' perspective, but he was hard and often in Game 1.

So throw all the rules out. It is simple. How badly do the Tigers want it?

Will the Giants at some point expend too much energy or will adrenaline carry them through the World Series?

Only way to find out is by tuning in at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to find out.
