1. Brandin Cooks (New Orleans Saints)
[Opponent: Tampa Bay Buccaneers]: The Buccaneers gave up a ridiculous amount of points to a rookie quarterback and the Tennessee receiving corps. Drew Brees should take full advantage of the Buccaneers shoddy secondary and really let it fly this week. If the Saints cannot score a ton of points on the Buccaneers than something is seriously wrong with them; the Buccaneers were absolutely destroyed by Kendall Wright. Wright had 4 receptions on 4 targets for 101 yards and averaged 25.3 yards per catch. His longest catch went for 52 yards and he had a touchdown on top of all of that. Kendall Wright is 5'10 and weighs 191 pounds while Cooks is also 5'10 and weighs 189 pounds, coincidence? Absolutely but Cooks should have a fantastic day against the Bucs.
2. John Brown/Michael Floyd/Larry Fitzgerald (Arizona Cardinals)
[Opponent: Chicago Bears]: The Bears gave up 2 touchdowns to James Jones and 1 to Randall Cobb, needless to say the red zone defense is deplorable. Wide receivers find their way into the end zone all of the time, and John Brown will not be the exception. The similarities between the Cardinals wide receiving corps and the Packers are pretty consistent. 3 wide outs who are definitely starters in (Cobb, Adams, and Jones) versus the Cardinals (Brown, Floyd, and Fitzgerald); Brown got the majority of the looks in week 1. Currently Floyd is coming back from a serious hand injury so he should not be a threat for targets, Brown should have a field day with an awful Bears secondary.
3. Terrance Williams (Dallas Cowboys)
[Opponent: Philadelphia Eagles]: The Cowboys are in an interesting position, without Dez Bryant they must figure out who will get all of his targets and it will most likely be a split between Terrance Williams, Jason Witten, and Lance Dunbar. Dunbar had eight targets and was the player with the second most targets on the offense behind Jason Witten. He may become the go to guy on third down, but the deep balls will all go to Williams. Williams should finish around 8 catches and a touchdown.
4. Julio Jones (Atlanta Falcons)
[Opponent: New York Giants]: Jones went off on the Eagles defense and made them look silly routinely catching deep balls in one on one coverage. The Giants secondary is worse than the Eagles, yes they got two picks against the Cowboys but those were self-inflicted wounds. The Giants don't have the safety or linebacker depth to cover the Falcons high powered attack.
5. Donte Moncrief (Indianapolis Colts)
[Opponent: New York Jets]: This has the same caveat that the Saints get, if they struggle against this defense this team is in trouble. Moncrief will be the best target considering TY Hilton is out with a knee injury and Andre Johnson has yet to prove to be effective. Moncrief has been on the rise ever since 2014 but with Hilton out expect a bigger role to emerge.
