Seattle Seahawks
Marshawn Lynch (Running Back): Lynch struggled mightily against the Rams defense which is no surprise as they might have the best run defense in the league. Lynch should be able to put up more points against the Packers in what should be a high scoring affair. Lynch is an RB1 this week.
Russell Wilson (Quarterback): Wilson will need to be on his A game against Rodgers and the Packers. This is typically a high scoring affair and after throwing for over 200 yards last week, Wilson should be prepared to do it again. Wilson is a low RB1.
Jimmy Graham (Tight End): Graham had a very solid game last week, it may not be the same amount of points Drew Brees would get him but it is still more than your average tight end. Graham will be a big target in the red zone and will cause matchup nightmares for the Green Bay defense.
Doug Baldwin/Jermaine Kearse/ Tyler Lockett (Wide Receivers): Out of all of the Seahawks wide receivers the most exciting has to be Tyler Lockett who went crazy last week. He scored more points than any other Seahawks wide receiver and has to be the main target for Russell Wilson. Jermaine Kearse was the second most targeted and had a better than average day. Even Doug Baldwin would have earned you a couple of cheap points. Lockett will be a lock to start in the flex.
Green Bay Packers
Davante Adams/James Jones/ Randall Cobb (Wide Receivers): In week 1 James Jones returned to the Packers fold and got his welcome back present in the form of end zone targets from Aaron Rodgers. This week obviously leaves questions with the remaining wide receivers. Davante Adams saw the most targets but was the lowest scoring fantasy football wide receiver out of the three of them. Cobb was right in the middle and saw some red zone targets as well. The simple fact is that Adams just could not get open in the end zone, the Packers got close every time, Adams is more of a rangy 25 yard TD type of guy. All of these players are starts though.
Eddie Lacy (Running Back): Lacy should have a rough time against this Seattle defensive line however I fully believe he will end up in the end zone somehow. Besides if you took Lacy you probably cannot afford to bench him.
Richard Rodgers (Tight End): Rodgers is in an interesting space because he could get some targets and touches but Jones, Adams, and Cobb are more reliable targets than he is so he ends up being the last option on Aaron Rodgers radar. Look for Rodgers to be a low ceiling TE2 for his matchup with the Seahawks.
Aaron Rodgers (Quarterback): Rodgers is always great and will never make you wonder why you drafted him (Andrew Luck) so don't fret if you're an owner looking to start him. He should end the game with at least 3 touchdowns.
