The Texas A&M Aggies will travel to Jordan-Hare Stadium to take on the Auburn Tigers Saturday at 7:00 p.m. ET.
The Texas A&M Aggies suffered a heartbreaker 24-19 loss to the LSU Tigers last Saturday at home after holding a 12-0 lead in the second quarter.
This will be the Aggies' (5-2, 2-2 in the SEC) first trip to the Plains as a member of the SEC, as they will take on a Tigers team with one of the worst offenses in the nation; Auburn (1-6, 0-5 in the SEC) averages 15.7 points per game, which ranks 121st in the country.
Aggies' quarterback Johnny Manziel is averaging 379.9 yards of total offense himself, as the dynamic explosive playmaker has both thrown and rushed for a touchdown in all but two games this season, but of which were Aggies losses.
Meanwhile, Auburn's passing "attack" has been less than stellar this season, might even say pretty awful. Tigers quarterbacks are averaging 6.6 yards per attempt (tied for 88th in the nation) while tossing four touchdowns (tied for 117th) to 11 interceptions (tied for 112th).
Junior Clint Moseley threw for just 98 yards on 4.9 yards per attempt in last week's 17-13 loss to Vanderbilt.
