Wide receivers Robert Meachem and Eddie Royal, who have caught a combined 25 passes this season, are both out for the Chargers.
The Chargers will also be without backup wide receiver Ladarius Green, defensive back Chris Carr, safety Brandon Taylor, linebacker Larry English and linebacker Jonas Mouton.
The Chargers offense hasn't been to great as they are now ranked 25th in the league.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs have continued to have quarterback issues this season and are looking at this game to get things resolved.
The Chiefs will be going back to quarterback Matt Cassel after Brady Quinn suffered a head injury in Week 8.
Cassel has been the teams leading rusher, and will try to use this game to get Jamaal Charles more touches, after only having five touches in Week 8.
