Seattle Seahawks
Marshawn Lynch (Running Back): Lynch will be a game time decision for week 5 after missing week 4 to a hamstring/calf injury. Lynch is a key piece of this Seattle rushing attack however this offensive line has really done these running backs no favors this season. Lynch (if he plays) will be limited and could even see a snap count but that's about as much as owners should expect. The Seahawks should rest Lynch one last time before he returns to the field in week 6. Fred Jackson has a high ankle sprain so Thomas Rawls should be his every down replacement.
Jimmy Graham (Tight End): Graham absolutely disappeared against the Lions and it is clear he is frustrated with his lack of a role on the offensive side of the ball. The Seahawks mostly run scramble drills on offense anyway as they have trouble protecting Russell Wilson so he needs to use his legs to get out of trouble. Graham is used to being the focal point for a highly potent Saints attack however with the Seahawks that is not the case. The Seahawks could kill you with field goals and be fine about it while their defense handles the load and continues to give Wilson and the offensive player's great field position and chances throughout games. Graham's typically has a productive game after a quiet game and is still a great tight end start.
Russell Wilson (Quarterback): Wilson has had to do a tremendous amount of work to keep drives alive. He is one of the most mobile quarterbacks in the NFL only perhaps surpassed by Cam Newton. Wilson also has better passing targets than Newton so this makes him potentially more of a fantasy threat. Wilson should face a stiff but not unbeatable Bengals defense that will put a lot of pressure on him but can be beat deep down the field. This will be the perfect time for Jimmy Graham to create some mismatches and catch some deep balls.
Cincinnati Bengals
AJ Green (Wide Receiver): Green has had one incredible game this season and that came against the Ravens secondary. In most of the other games he has been below his fantasy average. This week provides a stiff contest and maybe some incentive as Richard Sherman once called the prolific wide receiver "overrated". Either way if you have Green you have to start him but he should have trouble with the Legion of Boom.
Jeremy Hill/Giovani Bernard (Running Back): Even when Hill had his first great week this past Sunday, Giovani Bernard was still as reliable as he has ever been. Bernard may have not had a touchdown but it is pretty astounding how he constantly can bring your fantasy team a healthy amount of points. Bobby Wagner looked great in week 4 against Ameer Abdullah and should be able to slow down the Cincinnati rushing attack. The Bengals will have to lean on their ground game as throws down the field might be hard to come by against the best secondary in the league.
Andy Dalton (Quarterback): Dalton has played better than most quarterbacks in the league so far this year and if he keeps playing at this level could garner some significant attention. The problem is that he has never played this well consistently; it is almost as if he stole Andrew Luck's passing ability like the Monstars did in Space Jam. This will be Dalton's biggest test of the season until the Bengals week 12 game against the Cardinals. If Dalton continues to put up impressive numbers during week 5 he should be trusted all season long.
Tyler Eifert (Tight End): Eifert has been extremely sporadic as a tight end, so it is pretty hard to trust. You basically have to expect 0 points because sometimes that's just how the game goes for him but he should see some stiff coverage this week. It would be very odd for Eifert to go back to back weeks with 0 fantasy points.
