Green Bay Packers defense VS St. Louis Rams offense: The Rams offense should absolutely struggle against a surprisingly stout Green Bay defense. Nick Foles is a good quarterback when he has time however the Rams should not be able to stop this Green Bay pass rush. The Rams have been awful at protecting Foles and this game should be no different. The only wild card here is Todd Gurley and he should get a touchdown but the Packers defense should be able to get a couple of turnovers to counter balance Gurley.
Arizona Cardinals defense VS Detroit Lions offense: Matt Stafford and the Lions have struggled all year long and playing the Cardinals in week 5 is a sign that things will not get any easier. The Cardinals
Baltimore Ravens defense VS Cleveland Browns offense: The Browns offense has somehow come away with a respectable amount of points in these last few games but this Ravens team should be spurred on by a strong win against a division rival. It does not help that Steve Smith is set to miss this game and the Ravens offense could use all the help it can get keeping their defense off the field. The Ravens should dominate the line of scrimmage but even if they can only score field goals the Browns are not exactly the highest scoring team in the league.
Denver Broncos defense VS Oakland Raiders: This may be the best matchup of the weekend, the Raiders just lost a very favorable game against the Bears and this shows their inefficiencies at all phases of the ball. The Broncos have one of the best defenses in the NFL and the second highest scoring fantasy defense. The Raiders will need to have an offensive explosion to actually have a chance at winning.
Wild Card matchup
New York Giants defense VS San Francisco 49ers offense: This game could go either way. Yes Kaepernick is a "joke" now but this is very likely a trap game for the New York Giants. The Giants defense does not necessarily have the depth to compete strongly for 4 quarters but neither do the 49ers. The Giants make for a great streaming defense in week 5.
