The Giants are on a roll. They have been victorious in their last four games despite almost blowing a huge 23-point lead against the Dallas Cowboys.
They are in first place of the NFC East as they have taken advantage of a struggling Philadelphia Eagles team that started out leading the division.
The Giants can thank Eli Manning and Victor Cruz on offense, but they can also thank their defense for stepping up forced fumbles and gotten interceptions.
The Steelers have stepped up their game as of late and are making a run for the first place spot as the Baltimore Ravens are missing their top defensive player.
The Steelers are now 4-3 after having an inconsistent start to their season. They have been plagued by injuries. Troy Polamalu is out from this matchup and their running game has been off.
Ben Roethlisberger, however, continues to prove he is one of the most dominant quarterbacks in the league. He is in the Top 10 in quarterback rating, touchdowns and passing yards.
Roethlisberger and Manning come from the 2004 Draft class that has been getting a lot of publicity in the end of this matchup.
Both are tops in the league and both have led their teams to Super Bowls completing game winning drives for dramatic wins when it mattered most.
