The UCLA Bruins and Stanford Cardinal are playing on the Pac-12 college football schedule on Thursday night and the game from Stanford Stadium starts at 10:30 pm ET on ESPN with TV coverage. The live stream is from WatchESPN and the game has the number 18 Bruins heading up to Northern California to play number 15 Stanford in what could be a playoff elimination based on the way the conference is shaping up.
UCLA is looking to rebound after losing to Arizona State in their last game and they have matchups with two current ranked teams coming up with Stanford and Cal. The team has already won two games over ranked opponents with victories against BYU and Arizona and that sets up the team for a strong run down the stretch for Jim Mora. If the Bruins can get past this stretch, they have a real chance to take things in the Pac-12 based on who they play at the end.

The Bruins have Utah and USC on the road at the end of the season and if they can stay unbeaten over this next stretch leading into those games, they could be a playoff contender. UCLA started the season with a win over Virginia and they won against UNLV and BYU next before a big win against Arizona that saw the team score 56 points. Josh Rosen has been playing well and he comes in after putting up 280 yards and two scores in the loss against the Sun devils.
UCLA is chasing Utah and Arizona State in the division standings in the Pac-12 and Stanford is looking to stay on top of their division, as they are 3-0 in the conference this season. Stanford has come back from a tough loss to start the season with Northwestern and now they have won four in a row, including a nice win against then number six USC and now they have the chance to keep things rolling against UCLA.
The team has Washington and Washington State next after playing against the Bruins and the team also has some tough games on the back end of the season for David Shaw. Stanford has Oregon, Cal and Notre Dame to finish things off and getting on a roll past the Bruins would be big if the team wants to make some noise nationally. Rosen previously has said that he wanted to play at Stanford and now he gets the chance to get some revenge as he leads the Bruins up North.
