Michigan State vs. Michigan Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming Wolverines Spartans Big Ten Game College Football

Oct 17, 2015 03:16 PM EDT

The Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines are playing on the Big Ten college football schedule on Saturday and the game is from the Big House at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. The game is on TV from ESPN and streaming online from the WatchESPN website as Jim Harbaugh and Mark Dantonio face off ranked in the top 15.

Michigan State comes into the game at 6-0 on the season, while the Wolverines have had a bounce back year with Harbaugh taking over, going 5-1 to start. Ohio State is still the team to beat, but these two teams can challenge the Buckeyes and this game will likely eliminate one from the chance to overtake the Buckeyes, although the Spartans could survive, as they are undefeated and could bounce back. Connor Cook comes in having a strong season and the Wolverines defense is looking to shut him down and they come in with some momentum.

The Wolverines have shut out the last three opponents on the schedule and while that likely will not happen against the Spartans, the team has been playing well on defense. Cook will have to watch out for turnovers in this game and he has done a good job on that this season already with 12 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Jake Rudock has been up and down for Michigan and the defense has been able to make up for things over the past few games.

Cook has a strong record in his time with the Spartans, losing just three games and Michigan State has dominated the series as of late. Harbaugh has helped turn around Michigan quickly and this well be a major test to see how good the team really is, as this would be a standout victory for the Wolverines if they can get it. MSU has been the better team in recent years and they have averaged close to 10 wins over the past five years.

The Michigan rushing attack has been solid and that will be big for the Wolverines if they want to win on Saturday. The Michigan schedule after Michigan State is not a tough one and the team has Minnesota, Rutgers, Indiana and Penn State before the finale against Ohio State and that will surely be a game to watch. Michigan State has Indiana next and then Nebraska, Maryland, Ohio State and Penn State to end the season.

The opening loss for Michigan against Utah at least looks better with how the Utes have played and now the team is coming in after three straight shutouts. The team did that against Northwestern, Maryland and BYU and now the team has Michigan State, who will be tough to keep from scoring. Cook has put up good numbers and he will be the player to watch.
