Real Betis will look to continue their bright start to the season as they take on a dangerous Getafe team in Monday's La Liga game.

Betis have take seven points from their last three games and lie fifth in the table, but Betis coach Pepe Mel has warned his side about complacency, saying Getafe will prove a tough test.

"Getafe have speed with Leon Castro and Barrada and then at the back, they have a compact block," Mel told realbetisbalompie.es.

"Their aim is not survival, they are looking higher up the table, and that makes them tough opponents."

Betis will see their influential midfielder Benat make a return from injury while defender Mario remains on the sidelines.

"(Benat) is 100 percent recovered from the problem that prevented him from playing against Valencia," Mel added.

"Now we hope he returns to his top level. He needs it and we need it.

"Mario is missing but the others have trained with no problems."

Getafe are also in good form, and face Betis on the back of a comfortable 4-0 win over Ponferradina in the Copa Del Rey in midweek. Manager Luis Garcia, however, is taking nothing for granted.

"You have to go game by game and remain humble," he told Marca. "We are on a good run, four wins in five games, but if you lose two games you get down.

"Betis are a compact side, they playing close together and have a direct style.

"That's not a criticism, they have a good set-up and a great coach."

Barcelona lead the Spanish League with a near-perfect 28 points from ten games, with Atletico Madrid three points adrift after their 2-0 loss to Valencia on Saturday. Real Madrid are third on 20 points, while Malaga are fourth.
