The 2-0 Orlando Magic pack their bags and head on the road to face the 2-1 Chicago Bulls Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Even without former center Dwight Howard, the Magic have managed to be the surprise in the early part of the season as they defeated the Denver Nuggets in their season opener 102-89, followed by their defeat of the Phoenix Suns 115-94.
Hedo Turkoglu and point guard Jameer Nelson are both injured for the Magic.
Turkoglu broke his hand in the season opener against the Nuggets when he took a swipe at the ball with his hand. According to him, he didn't even know there was anything wrong with the hand until trying to catch a pass from guard Jameer Nelson.
Turkoglu got five screws and a plate inserted into his hand during his surgery to try and repair the damage. Head coach Jacque Jones replaced Turkoglu with rookie forward DeQuan Jones against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. In that game he scored two points in 16 minutes played.
Nelson was out of Sunday's game against the Suns while nursing a strained groin and hamstring.
Despite the injuries the team has managed to have five players averaging 12 or more and their bench contributing 81 points. Orlando is also holding opponents to 40.6 percent shooting from the field.
