NFL Week 8 Fantasy Preview: Green Bay Packers at Denver Broncos, Demaryius Thomas, Eddie Lacy, Aaron Rodgers, Randall Cobb, Peyton Manning, Emmanuel Sanders, Ronnie Hillman

Green Bay Packers

Randall Cobb/Davante Adams/James Jones (Wide Receivers): Denver has given up the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers all season long so seeing the Packers struggle through the air would not be shocking. Cobb especially has been hindered as the number 1 wide receiver and will likely see Aqib Talib in coverage. Cobb's targets should also take a hit as Davante Adams is set to return. Jones should find himself being shadowed by Chris Harris JR so Adams is an interesting flex play.

Aaron Rodgers (Quarterback): Along with wide receivers Denver has also given up the fewest points to quarterbacks as well. Denver has just never faced a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers so far. Rodgers may not be matchup proof as we saw at home against St. Louis and at San Francisco, so if any defense were to limit his production it would be the Broncos.

Eddie Lacy/James Starks (Running backs): Starks is questionable heading into this week 8 game but so is the running back position in general. Packers head coach Mike McCarthy stated that the bye week gave Lacy a chance to rest so he is beginning to look more like his old self. Apparently Lacy's ankle was more injured than we thought but with a week of rest and something to prove Lacy should find a way to be productive even in such a bad matchup.

Denver Broncos

Peyton Manning (Quarterback): Has the bye helped Manning get in sync with this offense, only time will tell but this is a pretty bad matchup. It is hard to recommend either of these quarterbacks to start however Peyton should find his rhythm in a duel with the Pack.

Demaryius Thomas/Emmanuel Sanders (Wide Receivers): Thomas sees double digit targets every week, whether or not he gets into the end zone is another story. Sanders was limited for most of the week with a shoulder injury and Green bay gives up the 8th fewest fantasy points in the league. Thomas should have the bigger day all things considered.

Ronnie Hillman/C.J. Anderson (Running Back): Anderson is almost a droppable player at this point. He has done nothing with his chances and he states it is likely because of injury. Hillman has had two 100 yard performances in the last 3 games so he should be seeing a lot more touches in week 8.
