Fresh off a bye week, the New England Patriots will look to close out their season series with the Buffalo Bills Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

The Patriots (5-3) lead the AFC East and have defeated the Bills (3-5) 11 straight times at home, and own victories in 22 of the last 24 meetings overall.

The teams met earlier in the season, as the Patriots throttled the Bills 52-28 in Week 3, the Patriots used a dominating fourth quarter to pave the way to victory. Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez both had strong performances the last time these two teams met, with both tight ends collecting over 100 yards receiving and at least one touchdown.

The last game the Patriots played before their bye week was against the St. Louis Rams, which left the Pats leaving Wembley Stadium in London with a 45-7 victory.

Meanwhile, the  Bills are coming off a tough loss to the Houston Texans, the AFC's current No. 1 seed, last weekend and will try to gain some ground in the AFC East race.
