NFL News and Notes: Joseph Randle Arrested In Kansas After Casino Incident

Nov 25, 2015 01:18 PM EST

The former Dallas Cowboys running back, Joseph Randle has been jailed after an altercation at a Kansas Casino on Wednesday. Apparently Randle was "belligerent" and began arguing with security officers, shortly after a fight broke out.

Randle was taken into custody shortly after. Randle will remain jailed until he can pay his $25,000 bond. He was booked on the following charges, criminal threats, assault of a law enforcement officer, battery, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer. This has been a rough month for Randle, first he was released by the Dallas Cowboys after spending time away from the team dealing with personal issues.

He then was suspended by the NFL while a free agent because he violated the league's personal conduct policy earlier in the month. Randle had several run in's with the law in 2014 as well as he was detained for shoplifting when he tried to steal a bottle of cologne and a pack of underwear which is just one of many instances that has shown Randle's poor decision making skills.

The result of that case was deferred adjudication however he was also arrested in February of 2015 in Wichita, Kansas. The police declined to charge Randle with a crime after receiving a domestic disturbance complaint. Randle's career is in serious jeopardy after arrested multiple times throughout the course of one season.
