The Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers are playing on the NFL schedule in Week 13 and the game from Heinz Field starts at 8:30 pm ET on NBC for Sunday night football.
The Colts come into the game with the chance to stay in the lead in their division with a win and they will have Matt Hasselbeck as the starting quarterback again. The 40-year-old has been winning games this season with Andrew Luck out and Luck will be on the sidelines again on Sunday night. The Steelers are likely going to be without Heath Miller in the game, but Ben Roethlisberger will be ready to start again for Pittsburgh after getting banged up last week.
Roethlisberger reportedly suffered a head injury against the Seahawks, but he was cleared to play coming into the game on Sunday and he will try and lead the 6-5 Steelers to a win. The Colts are also 6-5 this season and the team has dealt with numerous injuries, but Luck is supposed to return soon. Roethlisberger missed time earlier in the season with injuries and the Steelers are hoping he can make it through this game without any issues after the injury against Seattle.
Hasselbeck comes into the game with four wins for the Colts this season and the team has not yet lost while he has been the starter. Last week Hasselbeck had another solid game while completing 26 of 41 of his passes for 315 yards with two touchdowns and now he will match up with the Steelers. Donte Moncrief and T.Y. Hilton have been stepping up with Luck out and that has helped Hasselbeck in taking over on offense.
Ahmad Bradshaw was placed on IR for the Colts and that puts more pressure on Frank Gore to get things going for Hasselbeck. Roethlisberger had a huge game last week with 456 yards passing and he has put up big numbers against the Colts in the past. The Steelers had won two straight after losing to the Bengals, but they could not make it three in a row last week against the Seahawks.
