Buccaneers Rumors: Austin Seferian-Jenkins Returns For Jameis Winston, Vincent Jackson, Doug Martin, Charles Sims Fantasy Playoffs Start Options Week 14

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers saw Austin Seferian-Jenkins return in Week 13 after dealing with an injury and heading into Week 14 he could play a bigger part on offense for Jameis Winston. Winston led the Bucs to a win over the Falcons and next week against the Saints players like Vincent Jackson, Doug Martin, Charles Sims and Jenkins could be solid fantasy options.

The Buccaneers are in the mix in the NFC wild card chase after winning just two games last season and that makes this matchup with the Saints even more important. Jameis Winston has played well over the last stretch of games and now he has another weapon back on offense. Jenkins returned to the lineup after being out since Week 3 of the season and that came after Vincent Jackson previously returned from an injury before that.

Jenkins did not get the chance to make much of an impact, as he played only 21 of 71 snaps against the Falcons, but that may have been by design since he was coming back from an injury. Jenkins had six targets in the game and made three catches and he also had his hands on a touchdown but couldn't come up with the reception. Jenkins should see more work next week and he should make for a great red zone target for Winston.

Winston has been putting up some solid numbers as a rookie with 17 touchdowns and 11 interceptions with 2877 yards, although he still is completing less than 60 percent of his passes. Winston had two total touchdowns against the Falcons and over the past three games he has eight total scores throwing and running the ball. The Buccaneers offense has some solid fantasy options for the playoffs for team owners, as Jenkins, Jackson, Doug Martin and Charles Sims could be solid picks against a weak Saints defense.

Martin has had a bounce back season and he now has 1133 yards this year while averaging five yards per carry. Martin dealt with injuries and inconsistent play the past two seasons and now it looks like he will be an option to stick around in Tampa Bay after he hits free agency. Martin had 95 yards rushing and a TD against the Falcons and he is worthy start option for fantasy owners.

Charles Sims is an option as a flex pick or an RB3 in deeper leagues, as he comes in after getting nine touches and totaling 77 yards against the Falcons. Martin remains the top option at running back, but Sims has explosive ability and can be a high upside pick. Vincent Jackson has been solid the past few weeks since coming back and while he has not put up huge numbers, he has been consistent and has had at least 56 yards in each of the past three games while totaling 11 catches in that time. Jackson could have a huge day against a bad Saints secondary this week.
