Barcelona will look to continue their unbeaten run in La Liga with victory over Real Zaragoza.
Barca are already three points clear of Atletico Madrid, and more importantly, eight points ahead of Real Madrid, with a win against Zaragoza, possible taking them eleven points ahead of their archrivals with Real set to take on Athletic Bilbao in the late game.
However, Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova is not taking anything for granted on Saturday, even if they might have half an eye on the midweek Champions League game against Spartak Moscow.
"We are aware of the importance of Moscow on Tuesday, but there's a game at home on Saturday too," Vilanova said. "You can't relax in such a high-level league. Zaragoza is more important because it's the next game ... Most teams want to play well against Barca and Real Madrid.
"If we always win it wouldn't be very exciting. You have to play every game, and none of them are easy."
Barcelona are expected to welcome back captain Carles Puyol after the defender recovered from a dislocated elbow. "There's one more training session," Vilanova added. "In principle, he's fit and in the squad.
"Because it was an elbow injury, he was able to start playing quite quickly. He's hardly stopped and that's an advantage."
Alexis Sanchez, however, has been ruled out after the striker picked up an ankle problem while on international duty with Chile. "It's a shame," Vilanova said. "He seemed at peak fitness, and this injury will affect his progress.
"We have to get him fit again as soon as possible because he does a lot for us. Isaac Cuenca could also be back very soon. He's starting to work on the pitch. Last year he performed really well for the first team and when he's fit, he'll be playing for us again.
"We rotate the players as much as we can, so that the players can stay in form throughout the whole season. We try to do it for everyone," Vilanova added. "The national managers want to pick the best players.
"They have to win and their job isn't easy either. But we have to evaluate the condition of the players and make sure they don't end up accumulating too many games."
Zaragoza will be without suspended defenders Cristian Sapunaru and Abraham while Joe Mari could make a return from a knee injury.
