The rivalry between the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts will be renewed when Andrew Luck leads the new look Colts into town Sunday at 4:30 pm ET.
This is the first meeting between the teams, post-Peyton Manning era.
The Colts enter Sunday at 6-3 on the season, and are 2-2 so far on the road. They have been playing well of late, and have won their last four games entering play on Sunday afternoon.
The Patriots are also 6-3 on the season, and have lost only once at home this year. They have won their last three contests, and have yet to be held under 20 points in a game this season.
Both teams have defenses that rank in the latter half of the league.
The Colts defense has improved in its first year in a 3-4 system. The new-look defense has allowed the unit to come away with 21 sacks through the first nine games, including four from former-first round pick Jerry Hughes.
For the Patriots, Chandler Jones lead AFC rookies with six sacks while Tavon Wilson leads AFC rookies with three interceptions.
