Cincinnati Bengals
Tyler Eifert (Tight End): Is dealing with a concussion and is unlikely to play this Sunday.
A.J. Green (Wide Receiver): Green will be the beneficiary of Eifert being out as his targets should increase a lot. Green is facing a defense that has given up the 13th most fantasy points in the NFL to wide receivers and Green has great chemistry with Andy Dalton's backup A.J. McCarron. Green has back to back 100 yard games along with back to back touchdowns in each.
Jeremy Hill/Giovani Bernard (Running Back): Hill and Bernard have a great matchup coming up against the lowest ranked defense when it comes to limiting fantasy points to running backs. This is the same defense that just gave up 213 yards and 2 touchdowns to Cleveland's running attack.
San Francisco 49ers
Shaun Draughn (Running Back): Draughn will have a tough time in this game. The 49ers will struggle in all phases of the ball considering the Bengals give up the 13th fewest fantasy points to running backs and the 12th fewest points to wide receivers. The 49ers will be playing catch up and because of that fact it is hard to believe that Draughn will have a ton of positive production. Draughn will likely be a victim of game flow as his chances are limited by the score.
