The NFL playoffs standings are starting to get fully set after the Week 15 results in the AFC and NFC, as the Seattle Seahawks, Cincinnati Bengals and Green Bay Packers all clinched spots in the postseason. The Carolina Panthers stayed undefeated at 14-0 with a win over the Giants and they have clinched a first round bye for the playoffs.
The AFC playoff picture has the Patriots in the top spot ahead of the Bengals and Broncos, while the Texans now are leading the AFC South. The Chiefs and Steelers are playoff position and are 9-5 along with the Jets, who are on the outside looking in because of tiebreakers. The Bengals clinched a playoff spot this week and still have the Steelers lurking, while the Broncos now are just one game up on the Chiefs.
The NFC playoff picture has the Panthers, Cardinals and Packers in the top three spots, while the Redskins continue to lead the NFC East. The Seahawks have clinched a playoff spot and sit in the fifth spot in the NFC, while the Vikings are in the second wild card spot. The Falcons, Eagles and Rams are next in the standings along with the Giants. The Panthers now are 14-0 this season and can finish the regular season undefeated with another two wins.
