The NFL season is heading into the final week and that puts a number of teams in position to look forward to the draft, including the Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins.
The 2016 class is considered to be a talented one and players like Jared Goff, Paxton Lynch, Laquon Treadwell, Ezekiel Elliott, Robert Nkemdiche, A'Shawn Robinson, Shaq Lawson, Connor Cook, Kevin Hogan and Cody Kessler could be top targets for teams. The Tennessee Titans are currently in position for the top overall pick, while the Cleveland Browns, Chargers, Cowboys and 49ers are next in the draft order. The Titans don't need a quarterback after taking Marcus Mariota last year and that could lead the team to an offensive lineman or defensive player.
Mariota has been knocked around while playing behind a porous offensive line this season and that could lead the Titans to take Laremy Tunsil to protect their franchise QB. Joey Bosa also could be an option, as the Titans need talent on both sides of the ball heading into next season. Bosa is considered to be one of the top defensive players in the 2016 class and he likely will go in the top three picks.
The Browns may not go for one of the quarterbacks in this draft if the team feels that Johnny Manziel is the starter for the future and that could leave Bosa for the team to draft. There are a number of teams in the top 10 that could be looking at quarterbacks, including the Cowboys, 49ers and Chargers. The Niners may want a new starter now with Colin Kaepernick having a tough season, while the Cowboys and Chargers may look at drafting quarterbacks to develop behind Tony Romo and Philip Rivers.
Here is a mock of the top picks:
Titans: Laremy Tunsil
Browns: Joey Bosa
Chargers: Myles Jack
Cowboys: Laquon Treadwell
49ers: Jared Goff
Dolphins: Ronnie Stanley
