Johnny Manziel cannot seem to stay out of trouble as he has missed mandatory meetings with team doctors last weekend. Manziel could not be reached on his cellphone by any member of the Browns organization/staff.
Manziel was suffering from a concussion and had to meet the team medic at 9 a.m. last Sunday because he was in the concussion protocol, this failed to occur which was reportedly the last straw with the Browns strained relationship with Manziel.
Manziel also is reportedly at the end of his rope with the Browns who drafted him to be a franchise quarterback however injuries and immaturity have forced him out of his starting role. Manziel reportedly wants to become a Dallas Cowboy and considering their need for a backup quarterback and Jerry Jones affinity for the embattled quarterback Manziel ending up in Dallas seems like a real possibility.
The Browns have the 2nd pick in the 2016 NFL draft and will likely use that pick on a quarterback no matter how wise it is. With Jared Goff expected to be the first quarterback to go in the 2016 draft and with the Titans already set at that position the Browns are in a prime position again to draft another quarterback high.
