The Dallas Cowboys have a lot of decisions to make in the offseason and one of the biggest ones is the future of Greg Hardy. The defensive star came to the Cowboys with plenty of baggage and while he played well, he was not great. Now with rumors swirling that his teammates no longer want him on the field, will the Cowboys turn to the NFL draft to find his replacement?

According to head coach Jason Garrett via the Dallas Morning News, nothing has been decided on Hardy while teammates have reportedly soured on his behavior on both the field and the locker room. His tardiness and diva behavior did not sit well with people and that could be a deciding factor in his return. Dallas also cannot use their franchise tag on his which hurts things as Hardy makes it clear he would like to return.

"I look good in blue and white, let's be honest," Hardy said, via the Dallas Morning News.  "I believe so. I believe it's the perfect timing for me just coming to a place that was accepting and coming to a place that let me play and do my thing and be personable and be reasonable for me and with me and help me change my life and change the world."

The Cowboys have use their No.4 pick and quickly find his replacement if need be. Rob Rang of CBSSports.com is reporting the Cowboys could select outside linebacker Myles Jack out of UCLA. Jack is coming off a knee injury in September and will have to prove that he is healthy to scouts. Joey Bosa out of Ohio State could be another favored option for the team. Randy Gregory was unimpressive thanks to injuries in his rookie season. Bosa would be a solid pairing with him and a good replacement of Hardy.

If the Cowboys draft defense that means they are not selecting a quarterback. Owner Jerry Jones stated that this is a big need for the Cowboys after the injuries to Tony Romo. They have been coy about how they plan on going about that. Romo told the Dallas Morning News that drafting someone like Paxton Lynch and Jared Goff could help for the future while Robert Griffin III and Johnny Manziel are certainly available after Jones hinted at a risk move for help.

Dallas will have to make a decision with that No.4 pick. ESPN's Todd McShay has stated he does not believe any of the quarterback options are ready to lead a franchise right away. The Cowboys might be smart to draft defense and then select a backup quarterback with a later pick. Connor Cook and Christian Hackenberg could be solid options in the third round.
