With coach Kevin McHale still away following the death of his 23-year-old daughter, the Houston Rockets will host the visiting Toronto Raptors Tuesday at 8:00 pm ET.
Kevin McHale has been away from the team since Nov. 10, and Alexandra "Sasha" McHale died Saturday. In a statement, Rockets owner Leslie Alexander said the "entire organization is mourning."
The Rockets are coming off a 131-103 win over the New York Knicks on Friday, their second straight home victory following an 0-3 trip. Point-guard Jeremy Lin contributed 13 points, while shooting-guard James Harden scored 33 and Chandler Parsons had 31.
Meanwhile, the Raptors have lost five straight in Houston to fall to 3-14 there all-time.
They've also lost all four of their games since the return of Kyle Lowry from his injury. Lowry, who missed six games with an ankle injury earlier this month, is making his impact felt averaging 18.3 points and 6.1 assists per game.
