English Premier League Table and Results: Leicester City, Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United Lead EPL Standings, Liverpool Chasing

The English Premier League table has Leicester, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham in the top four over Manchester United as the schedule picks up on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Leicester is leading the table with 47 points heading into the mid-week schedule, holding a three-point lead over Man City and Arsenal in the standings. Man City, Arsenal and Leicester all have 13 wins this season and the Gunners come into things at third on the league table behind Man City, while Tottenham is in fourth position with 42 points.

Man United is in fifth on the league table and they have 37 points coming into the schedule, one point ahead of West Ham in the standings. Liverpool has been making progress all season after a slow start and now they are in seventh position with 34 points in the league standings, sitting ahead of Southampton, Stoke City and Watford.

Crystal Palace sits just outside the top 10 behind Watford, while Everton and Chelsea are next in the standings. Chelsea has been struggling all season after winning the league title last year and they now have seven wins and 28 points on the season. West Brom also has 28 points and they come in ahead of Swansea City, Bournemouth and Norwich City. The bottom three teams coming into the schedule are Newcastle, Sunderland an Aston Villa.

The schedule on Tuesday picks up with Norwich City hosting Tottenham, while Arsenal will take on Southampton at the Emirates. West Ham is hosting Aston Villa, while Sunderland is hosting Manchester City. Man United will have Stoke at Old Trafford, while Leicester and Liverpool is one of the top matchups of the week.

Crystal Palace plays Bournemouth, while West Brom and Swansea City will also face off. The Wednesday schedule has Watford hosting Chelsea, while Everton will play Newcastle. The schedule last time out saw Liverpool win away over Norwich, while Man United lost at home to Southampton. Watford won over Newcastle, while Leicester won 3-0 against Stoke City.

Chelsea pulled a 1-0 win against Arsenal at the Emirates, while Man City and West Ham played to a 2-2 draw. Aston Villa and West Brom played to a scoreless draw, while Tottenham won at Crystal and Sunderland drew 1-1 with Bournemouth. Everton lost to Swansea City at home and now things pick up on Tuesday and Wednesday before matches this weekend. The top matches of the weekend have Man City hosting Leicester at the Etihad, while Chelsea is hosting Man United at Stamford Bridge,
