After an 8-0 mauling of Aston Villa, Chelsea will look to continue their good form when they take on a Norwich side particularly dangerous at home.
The Blues were in irresistible form Sunday, picking apart Villa at will, and with it vanquishing all doubts about the capabilities of the side under interim manager Rafa Benitez.
Chelsea are currently third on 32 points from 17 games, 11 behind leaders Manchester United having played a match less.
"We will see how close we can be," Benitez said when asked about his team's title chances. "The main thing for us now is to be consistent -- like we were on Sunday -- and win games. It's very simple, but also difficult.
"As long as you carry on winning games, we saw at the weekend that Manchester United only drew, but the problem is if it happens to you, so we have to maintain this level. We approach every game in a serious manner, but against any Premier League team it will be difficult, that's for sure.
"I always try to find the right balance which, for me, is to be strong in defence -- like we were against Aston Villa where we kept a clean sheet -- but also attacking.
"I have always been thinking about attacking. When I was at Liverpool we broke the Champions League record with an 8-0 win against Besiktas. I like to work with the shape of the team and the transitions of the team, but some people, when they analyse it, can't see that as an offensive mentality."
Chelsea will be without John Terry, who is still recovering from his knee injury, while Ryan Bertrand is doubtful.
Norwich suffered their first defeat in 11 Premier League matches against West Brom on Saturday, with their previous loss before that coming against Chelsea, a 4-1 reverse at Stamford Bridge.
The Canaries manager Chris Hughton expects a tough outing against the Blues, despite his side's formidable home record. "They have great attacking options," Hughton told reporters. "We experienced that at their place a couple of months ago.
"Victor Moses is starting to show his real quality now. Fernando Torres is hitting very good form. The fact they kept a clean sheet against Aston Villa as well shows the quality and depth they have throughout the squad.
"David Luiz playing in midfield is a role everybody felt was a role he could do and he showed some real quality. They are fairly formidable. They are placed very well in the league with a game in hand. They are still in the Capital One Cup with a great chance to progress (to the final).
"At the moment Chelsea are on a high."
Norwich will welcome back striker Grant Holt, but Steven Whittaker is ruled out.
