So Johnny Manziel, apparently, is the man as much off the field as he is on it. The 2012 Cotton Bowl's Sanford Trophy and Heisman winner took some controversial pictures and posted them on his Instagram.
Now in these pictures, though at times blurry, you can tell it's the 20-year-old quarterback from the Texas A&M Aggies holding a fired up candle in his mouth, which in turn makes his face glow and the young man is extremely happy.
I mean, why wouldn't he? Manziel put together an incredible season for any athlete. However, Manziel looked like he was enjoying the night with a female as a blond voluptuous woman in a red dress appears side by side with the Aggies' quarterback. We're not saying that his girlfriend, but who would blame him if that is?
The two were spotted in Avenu Lounge in Dallas following the Aggies debilitating 41-13 victory over the Oklahoma Sooners.
Now, there's no problem partying with your friends and having beautiful ladies around you. That's part of life and guys will always want to party. However, the issues with this scene is that Manziel is only 20 and Avenu Lounge only permits those 21 or over to enter.
Well, the Heisman award had never been won by a rookie and Manziel had no problem breaking that tradition.
Expect the Aggies to take some form of action as the popularity of this star could create bigger problems for him in the future. Nothing too harsh, but some counseling wouldn't help. Don't know if you guys have peeped ESPN's "Broke," but Manziel could learn a few things from that documentary.
Clubbing is a hazard which has led to poor lifestyles that created plenty of debt for players and breaking the law is a vice that has cost many plenty.
Without a doubt, Manziel will be a future star in the NFL. Publishing pictures of events taking place in his private life is something somebody will have to discuss with the youngster.
