George H.W. Bush Soon to Be Released from Hospital

Former president, George H.W. Bush should soon find himself out of the Methodist Hospital after spending two months receiving treatment for a cough related to bronchitis.

The 41st president of the U.S. and his family received word that they could be heading home or to a rehabilitation center early this week. Bush, 88, has been hospitalized since Nov. 23 and at one point even found himself in the ICU.

One thing that really didn't please Mr. Bush was the defeat his Houston Texans suffered at the hands of the New England Patriots in Sunday's AFC Divisional game. The result was a 41-28 bashing and elimination from the NFL playoffs.

If there are any words to console Bush, who is the oldest living ex-president, it's that the Texans have a bright future ahead of them. What J.J. Watt brought to the defense this year was amazing. Not only is he a bright talent on the field, but he is loved off the field as well.

Arian Foster continues to dominate the league with his ground game. He possesses a combination of strength, speed and agility which makes him dangerous on the open floor.

The losses in the playoffs will only help the team build and become hungry year after year. Maybe they can invest on another wide receiver to play alongside Andre Johnson?

For now, we wish Bush a speedy recovery so he can back to spending time with his family.
