The FA Cup represents Arsenal's best chance of winning their first silverware since 2005. Arsene Wenger will demand his players be less "timid" than they were in their weekend defeat to Manchester City.
"I am confident the group will respond [to Sunday's loss]," said captain Thomas Vermaelen, "and I'm confident we can get a result on Wednesday."
Wenger is without defender Laurent Koscielny, who is suspended. Arsenal are also without midfielder Mikel Arteta, who has a calf problem, but About Diaby could feature after his return to action against Manchester City on Sunday.
In four previous FA Cup meetings, Arsenal has beaten Swansea twice and lost once, while the most recent meeting finished 2-2, prompting Wednesday's replay. The furthest Swansea has progressed in the FA Cup is the semifinals stage, which the Welsh side achieved in 1926 and 1964.
Expected Lineups
