Before we get into the recipe, rumor had it that chicken wings were going out of sale. You quickly imagine people lined up at supermarkets breaking through entrances because they want their chicken wings, something similar Black Friday shopping event. 

In reality, the rising costs of corn and chicken feed limited farmers on the amount of food they could buy. Therefore, in 2013, there will be approximately 12 million less chicken wings in supermarket freezers. 

So leave your house now and hit your market if you envision yourself chowing down wings on this big day. 

Chicken wings are just the perfect meal the day of the big game. You don't need plates or knives and forks to eat this tasty snack, bare hands are enough. You can watch the game as you are eating without having to worry about utensils. The one thing you will need, a lot of napkins. 

Also the list of ingredients isn't extensive and it doesn't have to be an unhealthy dish. The one thing you will need is patience as the wings could take some time to prepare. They will take about 40 minutes to cook and just over an over to prepare entirely.

Check out the list of ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted, 1/4 cup low fat hot sauce.

Buffal wings aren't the same without the hot sauce, so it will be key.
