Tiger Woods Charges Closely Behind Wi at Pebble Beach

Tiger Woods shoot five birdies in six holes and registered a five-under 67 to end the third round on Saturday in the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. He is just four shots behind going into the final round.

Woods showed that his game is nearly back when he played a row of five birdies in a six-hole stretch. "But the scenario doesn't change," Woods said. "The ultimate goal is to win a golf tournament." Woods charged into contention in third place after Wi and Ken Duke ahead of him. "I've won my share of events, and it feels good.

That's the ultimate goal and that's what we set out to do at the beginning of every event is to win it. That's the goal tomorrow, as well." Wi is also getting more comfortable with this swing and being in contention. "I'm sure I'll be fighting my demons all day tomorrow and it's how I handle myself tomorrow," Wi said. "It's not what other players are doing. How I handle myself tomorrow is going to be the outcome of the tournament."
