Denver Broncos coach John Fox said there is no rift between Brady Quinn and Tim Tebow. They were good teammates, Fox said, and Quinn's apology indicates the strong relationship between the two.
"Sometimes this gets lost in translation, but I know their relationship is very good and they are good teammates," Fox said.
Fox commented about the two quarterbacks on Thursday at the NFL's annual scouting combine in Indianapolis.
Quinn apologized to Tebow on Wednesday about saying Tebow had a "lot of luck" and his way of expressing faith does not seem humble to the fellow Christian Quinn.
Fox says Quinn's apology shows the two have a close relationship. He believes the apology presents a more accurate portrayal of Quinn than the comments made during the interview with GQ magazine on Tuesday.
Quinn and Tebrow are the only two quarterbacks at Broncos, Fox says, but the team will add two more quarterbacks to roster before training camp in the summer.
