The New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians will try to play the scheduled fourth day of their series as Wednesday's game was cancelled due to inclement weather. If this game goes down, which everybody hopes so, check out the live stream as game time is set for 7:10 p.m. ET.
The Yankees had a day off yesterday, though they probably won't prefer as the game will have to be rescheduled later on in the season. Phil Hughes will take the hill for the Yanks as he looks to improve on his first start of the season that left him posting a 6.75 ERA after giving up three runs in four innings pitched against the Detroit Tigers, picking up the loss.
On the hill for the Cleveland Indians, right hander Zach McAllister. Though he only gave up two runs in six innings in his outing against the Tampa Bay Rays, McAllister took the loss.
Indians fans must be shocked at what they've experienced in the recent games. They are hosting a New York team that was expected to struggle and go through home run shortages, but that hasn't been the case as Robinson Cano alone has smacked three home runs this season.
So far, in two games, the Yanjkees have whacked eight home runs and scored a total of 25 runs without their big boppers even in the lineup available to play. Meanwhile, the newlook Indians offense has scored seven runs in the first two games of the series.
