After five games without a win, the Delhi Daredevils will be hoping for some luck going their way when they take on the Chennai Super Kings in an IPL 2013 encounter at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.
DD were unlucky to not come away with their first win of this year's tournament against RCB in the last game, when they narrowly went down in a Super Over.
CSK, though, were also disappointed after their last match, when they were thoroughly outplayed by Pune Warriors. So, both teams will be desperate for a win, and CSK bowling coach Andy Bichel believes DD will pose a lot of problems in their own backyard.
"I think they are still dangerous, they have nothing to lose from now on and probably and they will come out hard tomorrow (Thursday)," he told reporters. "When you have a lineup like David Warner and Virender Sehwag at the front, you want to be on your game, because one of them can come off in situations like this."
CSK have not played as well as they have previously at home, and Bichel believes it is the reason of some changing conditions.
"We haven't played that well at home, that's where we have lost our games, which is our fortress really," he added. "Conditions have varied a little bit to last year and we haven't probably dealt with that.
"And in the last one we just did not executed our plans the way we have done in the first three matches. There is lot of room for improvement and (we are) obviously a new group as well. So we are sort of gelling together and getting used to each other which is an important thing as well.
"This tournament is all about confidence and I think as you go through the tournament, some teams are good at the moment, playing well while other teams are trying to search for that and DD you know are lacking that now.
"This tournament is going to change throughout as we go on but I just see that more the confidence players get as the tournament goes on, that's where you will see the best teams at the end."
