Seattle Seahawks Rumors: Team Signs Draft Pick Spencer Ware As Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll Ready To Take Super Bowl Jump In 2013 In NFC West

The Seattle Seahawks are one of the most improved teams in the NFL after free agency and the team also had a solid draft and they brought in one of their picks on a contract, signing sixth rounder Spencer Ware.

According to Pro Football Talk, the 5-foot-10, 229-pound running back signed on Thursday and joins Marshawn Lynch, Michael Robinson and tailbacks Marshawn Lynch, Robert Turbin and Christine Michael in the backfield depth chart. Last season he rushed for over 360 yards on 94 carries and he will give the team some solid depth at the position and as a lead blocker. Ware is a young player and he has a great upside for Pete Carroll.

The Seahawks are ready to make the jump to the next level after trading for Percy Harvin and signing Cliff Avril and Ware is another piece.
